Catherine Ricketts is a Philadelphia-based essayist and songwriter. Her nonfiction on grief, spirituality, and the arts has appeared in Image, The Millions, and Paste Magazine, among other publications. She studied creative writing at the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MFA in creative nonfiction from Seattle Pacific University.
