He has learned how to overcome the odds and believes anything is possible. As a national speaker he enjoys helping others find opportunity in obstacles and strength in weakness. Jay is a pastor in Orange County California. He and his wife Natalie are enjoying the joys and surprises that come with being parents. Their daughter Hero already has him wrapped around her little finger, which is alright with him, as long as she will always watch basketball with him.
